For executives
Send the requirement, review the relevant options and retain final authority over what proceeds. BTA takes care of the travel administration around those decisions and keeps the connected trip current when plans change.

Work BTA can take on
You remain responsible for the decisions that matter. BTA handles the travel work between and after them.
You confirm every booking
Nothing is purchased on your behalf until you — or someone you have specifically authorised — confirms the option. Your initial request is never treated as spending authority.
You decide who may confirm bookings on your behalf. A standard membership includes one authorised PA, EA or representative — but they can only confirm options where you have explicitly granted that authority.
Preferences, past trips and travel patterns can be recorded during onboarding, subject to the final privacy process. You always have a route to correct or delete what is held.
Already have a PA or EA? Standard membership names one authorised representative. They can send requests and — where you authorise it — confirm bookings on your behalf.
How PAs and EAs use membershipConsultation
A 20-minute conversation. No commitment, no live booking on the call. If membership fits, you receive scope and terms in writing before joining.
